Then you get out do some stretches and you do some sit ups and press ups and squats. I think everyone should have a go.

My reporter went to ask the staff what they thought about the news of the Royal baby. I asked mr Foston:
and he said that he thinks that it is a nice thing for the country. He thought it might be a boy and he would call it Harold..
Then I Spoke to George Yeoman:
and he said that it would be a fantastic thing for the country, he was hoping it would be a girl and they would call it Elizabeth.
Mr Kyne also said that it was a happy event for the country:
he said that he thought it would it would be a laugh and would brighten everybody’s day. He also said that hopefully it would make people more cheerful! Mr Kyne had the opinion that the baby would be a girl and that it would be called Jemima.
I also asked Ms Haywood
and she said that she thought it would be a girl and she would call it something unusual, not what a Royal baby is usually called. She decided the baby should be called Francesca.
