Group 10A practised their paper aeroplane making and cup stacking, in particular Abi F, George Y and Richard L. The world record for the cup stacking of 12 is 1.5 seconds. We may have some way to go!

On visiting group 7A, they were taking a break from the challenges, but below is a photo of their records.
Moving on to 9B, Matt C managed to eat 5 Jaffa cakes in one minute, although the world record is 16, and then he took part in the Smarties challenge by sucking the Smarties out of a bowl with a straw. Matt did 21 and then his friend Taylor H managed to do 15. However, in a nearby classroom Miss Danby scoffed down 8 Jaffa cakes… is this the Springfields record? It certainly was not made by Jack D who only ate 2!

Outside on the field, the space hopper 100m challenge took place with Ewan from 9B completing the distance in 55 seconds.
Can you guess who is behind the space hopper below?
Cameron B then competed in the blindfolded bean bag catch challenge; photo shown below.
For the leapfrog competition, Jess F and Alice W both from 11A completed 20 leapfrog jumps, whereas Calum C and Miss Danby managed to do 16. Yet, Mr Lloyd did 25 leapfrog jumps with Corey O.
